Returns and Exchanges:

**Please contact us prior to returning an item for approval and further instruction**

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from date of purchase.

Items must not show any signs of wear, have any smells, makeup, hair on it or damage of any kind

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with all tags.

Please include a copy of your invoice.

Some items that are ineligible for return or exchange include:

  • Sale Items
  • Intimates
  • Swim Wear
  • Socks
  • Jewelry/Accessories
  • Leggings
  • Gift Cards

Shoes must be returned in original box with no signs of wear.  Please mail shoe box inside of another box.  If shoes box is damaged, return will be refused.

Shipping/Order Status:

We ship all of our items via USPS, there will be a tracking number provided after item has been shipped.

If you would like expedited shipping, please let us know prior to placing your order, there will be an additional charge

If using PayPal, please make sure the address you have on PayPal is the address you would like it shipped to.

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages so please let us know ahead of time if you will need insurance so we can make sure you're taken care of. If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication and commitment to our customers. If any packages are undeliverable or returned to sender we will invoice for re-shipping.

International shipping:

You may incur customs fees when ordering from another country; these are out of our control. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please purchase shipping insurance prior to placing your order to make sure you will be covered. 

Returned mail:

If an item is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will notify you for a new address.  There will be an additional shipping charge to resend.

Refused/Unclaimed items: 

We will not issue a refund unless we receive the item back as new, original shipping fee will not be refunded and any fees incurred for the return shipment will not be refunded and will be deducted from your return item.

Sales Tax:

In all states except Iowa, we do not charge sales tax, if the state you reside in requires you to pay local sales tax for online purchases; you will need to take care of that.

 

Cancellations/Changes to Orders:

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel.  We usually process orders same day so, if you want to cancel please contact us immediately

We are unable to make changes to orders after you have submitted your request.  Please contact us for further instruction
